The Ultimate 7 Days Tour from Casablanca
“With us you explore the real Morocco.” – Youness Labchir, Licensed Guide Since 2004.
Are you landing in Casablanca and want to experience the absolute best of Morocco in just one week? You are looking at the perfect itinerary. Our private 7 days tour from Casablanca is designed to combine the deep history of the Imperial Cities, the rugged beauty of the Atlas Mountains, and the magic of the Sahara Desert.
We do not rush you from photo op to photo op. At Morkosh Tours, we believe in traveling shwiya b’shwiya (slowly and authentically). From the Roman ruins of Volubilis and the winding alleys of the Fes Medina to a luxury camp under the Saharan stars, we handle the logistics so you can simply soak in the culture.

Your 7-Day Morocco Itinerary
Please note: The itinerary below is a classic route, but every Morkosh tour is fully customizable to your pace and preferences.
Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat – Meknes – Volubilis – Fez
We start our 7 days tour from Casablanca with a pick-up from your accommodation or Mohamed V Airport. After marveling at the incredible Hassan II Mosque, we drive to the capital city of Rabat to see the Hassan Tower. Following lunch, we explore the imperial city of Meknes and its massive Bab Mansour gate before exploring the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis. We arrive in Fez in the evening for a relaxing night in a traditional Medina Riad.
Day 2: Fez Medina Guided Tour
Today is dedicated entirely to Fez, the cultural and spiritual heart of Morocco. A professional local guide will help you navigate the 9,000 alleys of the Medina without feeling overwhelmed. You will discover the Royal Palace gates, the Mellah (Jewish Quarter), the famous tanneries, and artisan souks where history is still crafted by hand daily.
Day 3: Fez – Ifrane – The Sahara Desert
We leave the city behind and cross the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping in the alpine town of Ifrane and driving through cedar forests. As we descend towards the pre-Sahara, the landscape transforms dramatically.
The Morkosh Honest Note: Most standard itineraries rush to the Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga. While we can accommodate this, we highly encourage our guests to ask about routing to Erg Chigaga instead. Erg Chigaga is our specialty—a wilder, massive, untouched dune sea far away from crowded tourist camps and quad bikes. Wherever you choose to watch the sunset, you will ride a camel into the dunes and spend an unforgettable night in a luxury tent under a canopy of stars.
Day 4: The Desert – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley
Wake up early to witness a silent Sahara sunrise. After breakfast, our journey continues into the rugged Saghro Mountains. We will take a short walk through the towering canyon walls of the Todra Gorge before driving into the Dades Valley to admire the unique “monkey fingers” rock formations. We sleep in a beautiful Kasbah hotel overlooking the valley.
Day 5: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – Marrakech
We travel the famous Route of a Thousand Kasbahs through the Valley of the Roses. After exploring Ouarzazate, the “Hollywood of Africa,” we spend time at the spectacular UNESCO World Heritage site of Kasbah Ait Benhaddou. Finally, we cross the High Atlas Mountains via the winding Tizi n’Tichka pass, arriving in the vibrant city of Marrakech by late afternoon.
Day 6: Marrakech Guided City Tour
Accompanied by an official local guide, you will dive into the Red City. From the stunning Bahia Palace and Saadian Tombs to the botanical beauty of the Majorelle Gardens, we will show you the city’s secrets. In the evening, watch Jemaa el-Fnaa square come alive with storytellers, musicians, and food stalls.
Day 7: Airport Transfer (End of Tour)
Depending on your flight schedule, we will transfer you safely to either Marrakech Menara Airport or back to Casablanca Mohamed V Airport, concluding a magnificent week in Morocco.
