 Ourika valley is a typical region of the north side High Atlas mountains. Particularly green throughout the year, traversed by the Oued (River). 

This day trip is ‘must do’ since you’ve got time in Marrakesh, you need to know the backdrop water for the Red city, allow yourself to discover the Atlas and it’s valley inhabited by Berber tribes. The extreme point, Setti Fatma, is 65Km South of Marrakesh. 

The Ourika valley is punctuated by a string of douars ( Berber villages) attached to the hillside. Water is everywhere, which winds through the meadows, irrigating fields and orchards. Many of Marrakech people have second homes in Ourika Valley, or simply they take hostels, hotels or rentals when the temperatures of their city become very high. Setti Fatma, 1500m 4921.26 feet above sea level, is a pleasant village in Ourika Valley where it is possible to take many walks. 

The typical mountain trek which leads to a cascade of 7 waterfalls is an absolute most do. Duration 1 – 4 hours dependent on fitness levels. It is a private vehicle solely for you and your parties use and we include mineral water for every passenger.
