After that is a wonderful walking tour in the Medina of Marrakech. This is escorted by your informative tour guide. It’s an opportunity for the customers who want to buy gifts.

Day 2: Marrakech to Dades Valley

Distance : 310 Km/192 miles

We journey over the Atlas Mountains as well as
enjoying the magnificent views of the surrounding countryside below. Stop to visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. This UNESCO-protected Kasbah seems like
suspiciously frozen in time. Movie buffs recognize this red mud-brick Kasbah, from Lawrence of Arabia, Jesus of Nazareth, Jewel of the Nile (as well as the Egyptian towers, and Gladiator). Lunch & we continue onward to Ouarzazate. Stop at the Kasbah of Tourirte for pictures. Driving along the route of The Roses Valley, which is renowned for the Festival of Roses. We also pass through the little Berber villages of Skoura, ‘El Kelaa des M’Gouna’ and ‘Boumalene Dades’. So the last one is our final stop for the day. We shall stay overnight in a Kasbah hotel, with dinner and breakfast.

Day 3: Dades to Merzouga Erg Chebbi

Distance : 255 Km/158 miles

The next morning we continue along the Dades valley, also visiting Dades Gorge, Todra Gorge and other interesting sites, making our way to Merzouga Desert. Camel trekking for 1 hour into the Dunes to reach the Erg Chebbi desert camp. The dunes are 20 km long and 5 to 8 km wide, they are also reputed as the highest sand dunes in North Africa.

Everyone ride their own Camel and additional ones are
provided to carry your luggage. The Camel trek is usually just prior to sunset, also you may enjoy the sun setting over the landscape from the top of the Dunes. Enjoying a locally cooked meal of Tagine (special diets are catered for). Hence, a drum party starts and story swapping.

Day 4: Merzouga to Ouarzazate

Distance : 369 Km/230 miles

Just prior to sunrise, we have a camel ride to explore the area further as we head back to Merzouga. Shower and Good breakfast at the hotel. We start our journey through the Draa valley and over the Low Atlas Mountains. Until you see the Draa valley, you can’t fully appreciate the amazing feat of Morocco’s existence. Before the Almoravid could conquer territory all the way up to Barcelona, and Saadians could monopolize the sugar trade, first they had to get past unassailable gorges, mud brick watchtowers and fiercely autonomous oases. Yet this Morocco desert landscape still seems wildly adventurous. After crossing the Ait sawen pass over the Low Atlas Mountains, we would reach our Guest House in Ouarzazate, Diner and overnight.
